Is this another course?
No. We teach real service businesses with customers who already pay, and the system for running them with a team. There’s no product to sell and no algorithm to beat.
Do I need experience?
No. The businesses we cover are chosen because you can start them without a trade or a degree. You learn to win customers and manage the people who do the work.
How much money do I need?
It depends on the business. Some, like web design or Meta ads, can be run from a laptop. Local service businesses usually need more for kit and insurance. That’s exactly what we work out on the consultation.
Who is the consultation for?
People who are ready to invest at least £250 to get started in the next few months. If you’ve got less than that right now, the Member Hub (£39 a month) is the place to start. It gives you every business blueprint, a 90-day launch plan and the templates to start lean and build it yourself.
What happens on the consultation?
It’s a 30-minute private video call in your browser. We go through your answers, choose the business model that fits you best, talk through what it takes to start, and agree your next steps. If Build to Run isn’t right for you yet, we’ll say so.
